Heart of Animacy: Ecosomatic Culturework Intensive

This program is offered and can be taken as a year long course, or by module, available both in person and remote (or a blend). Together we dive into the depths of Ecosomatics, designed to avail you to the ‘Great Welcome’, embody your belonging, support your healing and evolution, enhance your creativity and Soul gifts, and develop your leadership and guide skills within your life and community.

Overview

Beginning early April 2026, with our first in-person module, in Mancos, CO

Join us!

In each module, we cultivate presence with Earth as self and sacred other, explore traditional and ancestral wisdom, relational tools, and Ecosomatic guidework skills — building a strong foundation for a lifelong practice of healing and deep relationship with the natural world.

Classes focus on cultivating subtle listening skills, receptivity, Ecosomatic councilwork, animacy as expression, healing, ritual, trauma awareness, griefwork, mystery-based inquiry, Vipassana & mindfulness, solo wanders, and guided journeys.

“Let us be a canopy for one another, a shelter, an ancient heart for others to rest in, to heal and remember, to become…”

—Dreaming Bear

Format

Our first two modules will be held in SW Colorado, both inside and outside at a beautiful private residence. The locations of the following module 3 & 4 are to be decided. Over the course of our time together, we’ll also be ‘found by’ surrounding lands (in southern Colorado, that includes nearby Mesa Verde, La Plata and San Juan mountains).

We will be an intimate group of approximately 10 people total, including teachers, to allow for deeper individual support and connection.

We also offer each module remotely for folks who cannot make it in person. We meet over zoom on two separate weekends.

‍ ‍For those signed up for the full course — in person, remote, or a mix of the two:

  • We meet for four days (in person) or one day per weekend over two weekends (on zoom) every season — from April 2026 until January 2027.

  • You’ll receive six 1:2 remote sessions (with Luna and Jonah) over the duration of the course to deepen practices, continue the work, and receive mentorship — to be booked by each student and completed before March 1, 2027.

  • You’ll receive access to our Ecosomatic Councilwork membership, live bi-monthly group support circles held over Zoom, for the year (April 2026 through March 2027).

  • Included in each module, as well, are integrative practices, mystery-based inquiry, and optional reading.

‍ ‍For those signed up for individual module(s) — in person, remote, or a mix of the two:

  • We meet for four days (in person) or one day over two weekends (on zoom) on the specified dates of your chosen module(s).

  • You’ll receive two 1:2 remote sessions (with Luna and Jonah) per module you’re enrolled in to deepen practices, continue the work, and receive mentorship — to be booked by each student and completed within two months of module(s) attended.

  • You’ll receive access to our Ecosomatic Councilwork membership, live group support circles held over Zoom, from the start date of your module(s) attended for the following two months, and warmly invited to join the membership program after.

  • Included in each module, as well, are integrative practices, mystery-based inquiry, and optional reading.

What you can expect to come away with

This intensive as a whole, and each module alone, is deep, mystical, and artful. It is also exceedingly practical. You will have a chance to experience the efficacy of employable tools — the maps and forms — that we will be teaching and practicing together.

This work is a great supplement for those already acting as guides in some capacity, and for those who are actively gathering skills to work with others, both formally and informally. The heart of these forms will avail you to embodied states of coherence, balance, and essential qualities of the self; as well as how we’re shaped in reciprocity in all relationships — with self, partner, family, community, our more than human relatives, and Earth.

From here, an ecosystem of healthy relationships can emerge and sustain, which is required to rebuild culture from the bottom up.

Tuition Fees

Enrollment fees cover the cost of the program.

**We have created a sliding scale tuition option, as well as a grant opportunity to include folks who can use financial support. Enrollment for our in-person and remote options will stay open until capacity is reached or the module begins. **

We have a few different pricing options. You’ll be asked to specify your tuition choice, and whether you’ll be in person or remote, and which module(s) you’ll attend when filling out the registration form.

$4,444 - 7,777 USD | Sliding scale full course tuition (fully in person, fully remote, or a blend), you choose what you can pay

$11,000 USD | Includes full course tuition (fully in person, fully remote, or a blend) and a donation toward the Village Grant program to support those with financial need

$1,200 - 2,000 USD | Sliding scale individual module tuition (in person, remote, or a blend if attending more than one module), you choose what you can pay

There are a limited number of Village Grants available for those who need support paying tuition fees. We are also dedicated to supporting intersectional identities, specifically individuals that identify as Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC) and/or LGBTQ, who are navigating systemic economic disenfranchisement. This funding is designed to be accessible to those with financial need who are working to build security and power in their communities. If you are interested in grant availability, please get in touch.

For your convenience we offer payment plans which are available upon enrollment. We are also offering a ‘pay per module’ option for those enrolling in all four modules. Please inquire in case this would be supportive and we will discuss arrangements.

We look forward to welcoming you!

“We are all needed right now to rebuild culture, grow our presence, and weave our hearts with all of life.”

You’ll also be sent a link for the balance, where you’ll have a chance to pay in full or set up a plan.

We have opened a pay-per-module option for those signing up for the full course, in the event the third party options don’t work for you. Please speak with us directly to get the details and set this up.

For both the full course and à la carte module option, tuition must be paid in full or a payment plan set up four weeks prior to course or module commencement. Space permitting, you may enroll within four weeks before your first module begins. In that case, we advise making payment arrangements immediately to ensure your spot.

Tuition must be either paid in full or a payment plan set up by four weeks before course or module commencement.

In the case of a cancellation within the period before four weeks prior to course or module start, student forfeits their deposit, and any amount paid over the deposit will be refunded or may be applied to a future course or module, mentorship, or individual session work — student’s choice.

We do not offer refunds for any amounts within four weeks prior to course or module commencement. Meaning, no refunds if you’ve paid in full, and if you’ve set up a payment plan, you must continue to fulfill your payments, regardless of any reasons for cancellation.

In rare cases, where there’s a cancellation in an otherwise full course or module, and we are able to fill your spot, we will consider issuing a partial refund.
